Yep. It’s really that basic. You can learn more by visiting here. This is a global initiative. I first heard about it when visiting the Bay Area in California last year (see below):
I wasn’t actually jogging here, but you don’t have to jog to plog. The park had conveniently provided the buckets and sticks. People can use them, then leave them.
As part of ObLITTERate, I took this action into practice on a jog in Indiana and grabbed a few littered beverage containers along the trail. That’s all it takes. And I hope you’re inspired to do the same!
