labor day

honoring the work worth doing…

I often obLITTERate in parks and neighborhoods. Occassionally I’ll walk commercialized spaces and parking lots instead. In honor of Labor Day, I chose to visit a frequent lot in a nearby town. Within a 3-car space, I picked up five pounds of litter and conversed with some kind passers-by.

This was a simple day. A simple act. A simple life. I am grateful and I love the work I do.
